Avatar: The Last Airbender - Avatar Nai

My OC Avatar.

Nai, otherwise known as the "Earth Avatar" or the "Avatar of the Earth Kingdom," is one of the four Avatars during the Great Fire Nation War alongside his brothers Aang, Tien and Yoisen. A century ago, Nai is a member of Omashu of the Earth Kingdom and became a master earthbender at a very young age after meeting and developing a bond with the Badger Moles. The teachers and instructors of Nai suspect him to be the Avatar of their kingdom and was told about his destiny and that he must meet the other three Avatars. He was very skeptical about it, but decided that being an Avatar might actually be cool. He was trained in the "Tough as Nails" style of earthbending and as a result, lost feelings on his body and nothing would affect him.

Nai leaves to the Southern Air Temple where first meets Aang, Tien and Yoisen. The four boys developed a brotherly bond after a deep conversation between them. During the day he spent there, Nai decided to learn airbending from the monks of the Temple and managed to airbend. He was happy, but knew he needed more training. The next day, Nai tried to return home, but he and his Badger Mole stead, Seba, were caught in a violent storm causing him to activate the Avatar State for the first time and froze them. A century later, Nai and Seba were thawed and woke up somewhere near the Eastern Air Temple where he meets Guru Pathik who tells him to return to Earth Kingdom and continue his training. Confused, but wouldn't question it, he departs to his home, but was captured by the Fire Nation and was taken to the Boiling Rock. The few days in prison caused the young Avatar to become emotionally unstable and destroy a piece of the metal prison by creating and using metalbending to escape, therefore making him the first prisoner to escape the Boiling Rock. He returned to Omashu and discovered that his family is gone, but decided travel to Ba Sing Se to inform the Earth King of the War.

Nai is described as tough, straight, a bit righteous and mischievous. Due to his strict training by his drill sergeant teachers, he developed an extraordinary sense of a rock solid mind and a heart of steel as well as the loss of physical feelings. He can no longer feel anything and possibly made him lose the ability to feel emotions from others. Nai enjoys working out, friendly sparring and a little roughhousing. This is due to his wild persona and for the time he spent in the wilderness. He is a mix of a free wild child and a stubborn soldier.
